Affiliate Policy

1. Definitions and Registration

Company: Provider of products/services.
Affiliate: Individual or organization promoting our products/services.
Registration: Complete our online form; approval within 3 business days.

2. Commission and Payment Threshold

Commission rate is 30% of the order value (excluding VAT and shipping). Minimum payout threshold is $50 accumulated monthly.

3. Payment Conditions

Orders must be fully paid and not refunded within 7 days of delivery. We finalize reports on the 25th of each month and issue payments by the 10th of the following month.

4. Refund Handling and Commission Recovery

If a customer refunds within 7 days, the related affiliate commission is voided. Affiliates who have already received commissions must return the funds within 30 days of notification. Unreturned commissions will be deducted from future payouts.

5. Fraud Prevention

We monitor for suspicious orders and may require explanations. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation for fraudulent activity.

6. Affiliate Rights and Obligations

Affiliates must comply with advertising laws, protect customer data, provide accurate payment account details, and update information promptly.

7. Termination of Partnership

Either party may terminate with 7 days’ notice. We may terminate immediately for serious breaches.

8. Updates and Notifications

Any changes to these terms will be communicated via email at least 7 days in advance.
